About Phil McAuley And This Website

Hi, my name is Phil McAuley. I am a software developer and an entrepreneur. I am currently attending the University of Waterloo for Software Engineering and in my spare time (which I rarely have) I run a few websites, write software, and relax. I also like to party.
I created this website because I thought it would be awesome to have an e-mail address with my name as the domain. Once I had the domain, I figured putting a website up was the next step. Using this website I will try to give you a taste of what being Phil is all about. I will post about work I have done, how I did it, why I did it, and what I plan to do. I will discuss client work, personal endeavors, current events, and anything else I feel like. Hopefully you will find some of what I post useful or at least entertaining.
One thing you will notice about me is that I learn by example, so there will be a lot of experimentation, and my posts will be littered with examples. If you have any questions or there is anything you would like me to discuss, etc, please contact me. I would love to hear from you.
